Ok, so this is a rather lame Show & Tell, but this commercial makes me laugh so hard (we're talking snorts here)... It brightens my day just seeing it.
I love when 'she' says pothole.

They aren't funny but I will always be in love with Discovery Channels Boomdeata commercials.
For me, this commercial is so stupid it's hysterical. Too funny.

ReplyDeleteThat's so funny! I always love it when this commercial comes on because I love her accent. Then I spend the 10 minutes following the commercial attempting to sound like her.
ReplyDeleteI just saw this for the first time the other day. I thought it was pretty clever, but that accent will wear on me with repeated viewings.

ReplyDeleteThe Hubs and I love this commercial! The Hubs is working on identifying what area of the South the accent is supposed to be from. He said "She doesn't have your accent, so I don't think its a Georgia accent. Maybe South Carolina". I tried to tell him I don't think its any sort of a real accent, but he's decided it is :D

That's so funny! I haven't seen that one before (maybe 'cos we record most shows & then fast forward through the ads.) I've seen some great funny ads on British TV, but I think the funniest American one is the Hulu ad with Alec Baldwin. It still makes us giggle.

ReplyDeleteI don't think I've seen that one before, but it is hilarious. I think my favorite commercial is for Bean-o or gas-x or something similar. (Bathroom humor is big in my family...it's awful, I know!) Anyway, the guy in the commercial can't get his gas off his mind, and everywhere he goes, people say things about farting. My favorite is when a guy comes in and says, "Your son Rip is on line toot!" I laugh hysterically every time!

Hah wow I'm not alone! :) I love this commercial too (even though I dislike the product it's selling). I always say "wait! my favorite commercial! rewind it!" when R fast forwards through while we're watching a recorded show.
