Almost all year long. Very very soggy. I may get moss growing on my head instead of hair one day.

Sorry to hear about your nosebleeds. Hope you find a good solution that works, but I suspect you already have the best idea, the humidifier.IF Optimist, then...https://www.blogger.com/profile/11634482448223302535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2203689317346533866.post-75941730042333940342009-11-20T10:46:56.190-07:002009-11-20T10:46:56.190-07:00Get a humidifier ASAP. I've never had nosebleeds, though. A humidifier sounds like a good idea.sunflowerchildehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15209334933886664383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2203689317346533866.post-77565481402549897342009-11-20T07:54:50.861-07:002009-11-20T07:54:50.861-07:00While I know that neti pots might seem a little sc...While I know that neti pots might seem a little scary, they actually are really helpful with this sort of thing! So are saline sprays.

I grew up with a lot of humid/wet air. Now that I live in a drier climate (and have for 10 years), I have to really make sure that my nose keeps moist.

Having a humidifier does help. As does keeping a pot of water on the stove boiling...just to add a little more wetness.

I also find that drinking hot tea...and breathing in the steam is beneficial.

Good luck!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
