(It never allows me to comment on my own blog. Ha! Crazy blogger.) Anyway, about the chicken broth. Mainly I freeze it in 1-2 cup portions and keep it for winter when I do want soup all the time. But if you want to use it right now, the first thing that comes to mind is to use it, in place of water, when you cook rice/quinoa. It will give them color and flavor and make anything you use them in taste better, especially those light summer quinoa salads that we all adore.
